Possible to Add Cruise Control?

Is it possible to add cruise control to my 04 Civic DX-VP?

I bought the car as a highway commuter, and cruise sure would be nice...

It's doable but expensive unless you can find the parts off a donor car.. Also, the wiring is lots of fun to do. Not sure if there are aftermarket cruise controls units you can install.

Re: Possible to Add Cruise Control?

Figured I'd post in this thread, rather than starting a new one...

Has anyone swapped in OEM cruise into their car? I can't seem to find much of any info on here, but I have what I believe to be all the parts required to install it in my coupe, and I wanna attempt to tackle it myself.

I am not a master auto electrician by any means, however I have wired up my carputer, my sound system, my fog lights, aftermarke gauges and a couple other aftermarket things on my car.

Most recently, as in last week, I wired up OEM power windows without much of an issue, and without getting an LX/SI/EX dash harness, so I'm no stranger to making circuits where there were none before, however, this install is going to require connecting into the speed sensor and the TPS sensor, as well as the clutch and brake switches, and I will have to also do the LED tail light fix to make this work.

Anyway, point is, if there aren't any articles here on it (and I can't seem to find any) I'm going to write up a DIY as I go, and hopefully make this a success...thankfully I have pretty much full access to a parts car of my buddies to get this done.
