What's my trim?

I'm new to the forum, so hello everyone!

I have a question...I bought my first car, a civic, from a honda dealership back in November. When I went to go look at it, the paper on the windshield said it was an EX, but, on the internet it was advertised as an SI. I questioned the salesman about it and he said the car is called an EX here in Canada, and an SI in the States.

It's a 2 door 2003 model, and is an automatic. It has a moon roof and a spoiler. I looked all over the internet about this and i can't find anything about it. I just want to figure out if its an EX or an SI. How can I go about doing this?

Thanks.

Re: What's my trim?

An American EX is the same as a Canadian SI, which I believe is what you have. If you input your VIN into the Majestic website, it should confirm this. Go to hondaautomotiveparts.com

Re: What's my trim?

Also, you got backwards.
EX is the US, Si is the canada model, basically the same. maybe DRL, larger windshield washer tank and some other details in the canada model.
So, no EX or Si emblems in the trunk?

I'm wondering if the badges have a tendency to come off of these cars. My EX doesn't have the badge on the rear, but nearly all of the other 7th gen here in town has the badge. Any explaination other than it fell off or was removed? I know it's stupid, but its always bothered me a bit...

Re: What's my trim?

many people shave off the emblems for a cleaner look, yours could be one of them. The 8th gen does not have them, on the other hand, so hard to identify the trim on these from outside.

Yeah, that's a detail I forgot to mention. There is no emblem on the trunk.
