driver side belt buckle
Well I'm back with another problem i just got tired of dealing with. My belt buckle doesn't latch on the first three times i push in the belt, best thing i find to do is hold in the red button and let it go once the belt buckle is inside. Idk Im just really tired of doing that. i want it to click once and thats it, im guessing its worn. What do i have to do to fix it?? any help would be appreciated. thanks.

Are you located in the US?
If so, head over to a Honda service department and tell them whats up, they should fix it for free. It's under lifetime warranty

No problem,
But when you get there, make sure that it's under warranty, because you dont want to have all the work finished, and be handed an unexpected bill
Just make sure

Re: driver side belt buckle
Key word: "Supposed"
You never know what the service department will come up with to pry into your wallet
Just go through thoroughly with the service rep what has to be done and make sure everything is covered by warranty.
Just to make sure.

Re: driver side belt buckle
The service rep I just spoke to told me he could check and repair because it was most likely just that. But he did say he would charge the diagnosis fee if it was something additional to this. Like airbags or something. I don't think I should pay for the diagnosis if I am only getting the buckle fixed. What you guys think?
Edit: I got it fixed for free thank god it wasnt anything other than the buckle. Mr. Bruce Lee said only the buckle and the belt are covered for life. anything electric would not be covered. either way, like i said before we shouldnt have to pay a diag fee if we are only in for one thing. any feed back?
