Hello,
I'm looking right now at a base model 2003 Honda Civic, 5 speed. I just checked it out, looks great and drives great. It has 150,xxx km's (94 miles) and I'm trying to find a reasonable price. They are asking $4,000, and I'm thinking of offering $3,500. What do you guys think?

We need more info. By base model do you mean no power anything? And is it 2 door or 4 door?
you live in canada. So i'll tell u i can get a Canadian Si with 190k km for $3500, you could easily get a base with 150k km for $3500 especially if it's 2 door manual. Thats about as cheap as they get.
