Help with trip reset button
I recently got the maintenance light come on, when I tried to reset it by holding the trip reset button down it wouldn't work. I searched civic forum to see if anyone had the same problem but I got nothing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Re: Help with trip reset button
Hold the trip button down, turn the ignition to ON, hold the trip button for at least 10 seconds. It may take a few times, it took me about 10 tries last time.
If that doesn't work try pulling fuse #6 (ECM/PCM) in the under-hood fuse box for at least 10 seconds while the ignition is OFF.

Re: Help with trip reset button
The thing is the trip button is not functioning at all when I press it down to change the Odometer to trip A or B, it won't its just stuck. Thanks, I will try both of your suggestions I'm really hoping it works.

Try pushing real hard on it? I know mine's kinda hard to get it to do anything now.
