as far as i know, only acura dealer has the template or if you buy genuine acura fogs it will also come with template.

So basically my best shot is honda right now, I will ride by there tomorrow and see if they have some in stock.

well they wont let you buy just the template. ask service if you can get a photocopy. just say you "lost" the original.
