How do i install an Auxillary port?

how do i install an auxillary port without getting the "Honda auxillary converter" in a 2005 honda civic lx sedan the cheapest way possible.

Ive heard that you can put an auxillary port through the a/c adapter thing or cigerette port because it doesnt come with a aux port.

Post if you got something ^-^
cause i want to listen to my Iphone O:<
