Exclamation Engine light error- P0401 Insufficient EGR Flow

Another engine light error...

i noticed my car running really ****...like it had no power...i would floor it and it would stay at like 4 rpm and go slow at times...

eventually engine light came on, and here it is...

Insufficient EGR Flow error P0401...

I read i have to clean my egr valve or replace it...

how do i clean it or replace it?

does that problem relate to the reason a car eating too much gas?

help me fix it !!! thanks

just take it off and spray some carb cleaner. only two nuts are holding it on the motor. change the gasket too. if it doesnt work, you need a new egr valve.

you can spray in all the holes, just give it a chance to dry before starting the car. first time it may take longer to crank the engine.
