Arrow turbocharger and my immobilizer

So I was searching for information and I couldn't find it. Though I did read somewhere that K-Pro will remove the immobilizer on my car.

What I want is to turbo charge my car and keep the immobilizer working. Can this be done?

I'm done with the stock car, and wanting a little 5-9 PSI pep. Possibly from the Dezod kit that's so heavily advertised!

Re: turbocharger and my immobilizer

well, dezod has discontinued their kit, so the only other kit out there is the TSI kit (which imo is not as good quality wise as dezod) or a used dezod one. As for the immobilizer question with K-pro, I think if you take the car and key to a dealership they can reflash it to make the immobilzer work correctly. Don't quote me on that though. I'll be facing the same problem soon too.

Re: turbocharger and my immobilizer

k pro does have the feature to immobilize the immobilization feature which can be turned on or off and i agree with what hlc said on dezod being a better kit which is what i have and 9 psi will over take the new Si as long as you can hook up. i will be selling my kit soon to help fund k24a2 frankenstien with ITB's and all internal build. but you could easily go 12 psi just get the cometic head gasket, blockguard of your choice and arp extended head studs part number 208-4301
