AT Gear Selector

I wasn't able to see this on Majestic Honda anyone know if it's available? I purchased a new eschelon console piece (silver gear indicator piece) but would like to get a new gear selector **** or can the plastic grip be seperated from the shaft to allow for repainting?

i painted mine, the gear selector pulls off once you remove the two screws in the back i believe. then i taped off the outer parts and sprayed it. mine was silver and i painted it black.
