How do I convert to EPS?

How do I convert to EPS? I currently have a K20a2 in my '04 EM2. I want to convert to EPS. I can get the eps rack, and tie rod assembly from a donor '02 Si. I would also need the idler pulley, pulley bracket and the Si belt, correct? Does anyone have a DIY to do the conversion?
