short in the wire?????

when i turn on my parking light it doesnt go on and the interior light doesnt go on either...when i turn on my headlight only the head light comes on nothing else...i check all the fuses and replace one 15A fuse on the small light but it still doesnt work....can anyone help...thanks

could be a short in the switch... get out your test light!!!

oooo....i dont have a test light lol....this is the second time it happened...first time it was the fuse but this time it was the fuse and the short in the wire but i replace the burnt fuse and didnt work

Not to come across as brash or anything, but the reason you had the blown fuse is probably the shorted wire. I would have a hard time believing the short is somewhere in the cabin/headliner, as wiring in these areas just don't get damaged. it's probably either in the harness around the fusebox or perhaps outside the car around the chassis.

Have you recently done any electrical work to the car? Any repairs, head unit/stereo system install..?

ooooo.....i just installed a sub today..this is the second time it happened..first time i took to fix and they said that its the fuse but might be short in wire or something..
