Can't Find Exactly What I Need W/ Search

Alright guys I've searched and searched...even on other forums and I can't find exactly what I'm looking for. I want to swap my 04 coupe lx (red/ amber) gauges to the sedan (blue) speedometer. So, I understand that the pins are literally just p n p, but my problem is do I have to get the sedan cluster from an lx or can I get it from an ex too? Also, I know what happens with the mileage, but how do you set the needles (speed, gas, temp, and tach)? Appreciate any input....

You can get one from an EX but you will have the abs light on unless u connect the abs light wire to the ground of the car. also you dont need to do anything to the needles the speedos are plug and play.

Alright nice....so do i have to have my gas (full/ completely empty) at a certain level though or will it just register on the cluster?

It will just register on the cluster next time you turn your car on.

I'm sure you know, on 7th gens, when the car is off the gas returns to zero when the car is off and then when you turn it on, you get an accurate reading.

P.S. - Is your car manual or auto?

I'm looking for an 03-05 cluster for a coupe if you're willing to sell it after your swap
