ticking at operating temps need help

my 04 civic ticks at operating temp only. could it be i need to change to better oil? or is it something worse? my check engine light is on but could be cuz of my sri. need to read the code havent done so yet.

I'm guessing the ticking noise is either your valves, or your fuel injectors. But go get that engine code read.

Yeah I'm going with it my valves cuz it is way to loud to be my injectors
