2004 Civic suspension conversion
2004 Civic suspension conversion
i have a 2004 civic dx coupe and im thinking about replacing my suspension for the 05 rsx type s suspension; such as springs, shocks, calipers, rotors, ect. im not too sure if it would fit tho. does anybody know if it has been done or if it would just fit right in or if i would need to get anything in particular for this conversion?? let me know. thanks
Re: 2004 Civic suspension conversion
where because i did look. i wouldnt ask something that i could find the answer to myself. if you could tell me where to look than i would be more than happy to read it. thanks
Re: 2004 Civic suspension conversion
In short no you can't. To do the RSX-S 5 lug and suspension swap you have to use the k-series axles and the splines are different and won't fit with the d17. What is your goal in doing this? The 5 lug? The bigger rotors? Better suspension? What is it? Except for the 5 lug everything else is easily done with parts readily available for the 7th gen.
