Hid Help Relay help (yes I’ve Searched)

I’m trying to install my HID with a relay harness and only one bulb works. I then switched the power wires coming from my relay to the ballast. When I did that they other light work. From that I concluded I’m having issues with one of the power wires, in this case its the one farthest from the relay. When bulb is connected to the bad side it flickers for a sec then nothing. Does any one have a idea of what’s wrong where. Bad ground? (I’m currently have my relay grounded directly to the battery )

if this diagram doesnt work, somethings wrong with the ballast. make sure you have the ballast hooked up with the proper + and - polarity. it only works one way. also be sure you use at least 14 gauge wire thickness.

Re: Hid Help Relay help (yes I’ve Searched)

All the connections were done right, but it looks like my car didn’t have enough juice to start it up. I started the car then turned the bulbs on and the worked fine. Although once I went to take a drive with them and one side went out. I then got home and inspected it and saw that the light will turn on very dim and then flicker and turn off 30 seconds later. I then took out the bulb and it looks blown. My question is now where should I get a replacement and do companies normally cover these in the warranties?
