Re: Ground control or skunk 2??

if you really don't care then just cut your current springs
but if you do care and i know eventually you will, go with ground controls and save up money for some koni yellows when your stock shocks blow.

Re: Ground control or skunk 2??

get ready for a crappy *** ride
-might as well save yourself the extra money and cut your springs. lol
if ur looking for the dumped/slammed look than ur gonna have to get koni yellows or some pricey coilovers... assuming comfort is important to u. but since its not...

Depending on how low you drop the car on the sleeves (coilovers), you'll end up blowing your stock struts (shocks). So, you should invest in the whole package, such as the classic combo of Koni Yellows and Ground Control sleeves or some Skunk2 sleeves.

a very bouncy uncomfortable ride. you might hit other parts of your car, such as the bumpers, muffler, etc if ur on crappy roads. save yourself some hassle
and do it right the first time or not at all

Re: Ground control or skunk 2??

seriously, when you bump steer into the concrete divider on a crappy road under construction, or hit a really bumpy icey road and fly into a ditch, you will realize it has more to do with safety than comfort.
