2002 Civic Steering Wheel Does Not Lock: Can't Start Car
Help!
Pulled in for gas, turned off car and steering wheel did not lock. Gear shift in Park but unable to start car. Able to turn wheel even though car is turned off. Have tried jump starting but to no avail -- issue appears to be the unlocked steering.
Any advice? (Just KNOW this will be a Dealer big $ repair) ...

Is the key turning correctly ?? Warning lights on the dash coming on when key at II ?? Does the starter turn over and engine not start ??
