Gauges

Does anyone know how to install the following gauges? Air fuel, oil pressure, volt. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Gauges

air fuel gauge messes up your car, throw it away. volt is easy, just attach to a 12v wire thats connected to charging system, and a ground. oil pressure is fairly difficult and not worth it on a stock car. theres already a light on the dash.

Re: Gauges

air fuel - get a wide band $180 ebay brand new
Voltage - alternator or where ever you want
oil press - either get a splitter where ur oil press sensor is and run it from there, or get an oil filter sandwitch like i did $40

Volt is insanely easy to do, Oil Pressure Gauge I found an adapter that goes on the oil filter then to the block http://prosportgauges.com/oil-filter-adaptor-plate.aspx It allows for two gauges on one adapter, Oil Pressure and Oil Temp.

And fuel well i guess get the proper fittings to go to the fuel rail.

Re: Gauges

A volt guage is pretty much useless. If your car turns on, the voltage is fine. Pretty simple.

Re: Gauges

yeah, the only thing you'll use it for is during bass competitions. a friend of mine used to have 2 18 inch subs with a couple of ungodly amps. i think he had an eighteen wheeler alternator or something crazy.

Re: Gauges

you dont even need avolt gauge or oil pressure really. if ur oil light isnt on then ur fine. and you should just go turbo and get a boost gauge and wide band
