Hey, my rear windows rattle/click when they are open and i go over a bump or something. I took it to the dealer any they replaced the window, the regulator, and the moldings. It fixed the problem for a few weeks, but now its starting to come back (though a lot better than before).

Anyone else experience this?

some of my other problems:
seat moves slightly and clicks over dips
wind noise from right door at speeds over 50 mph
car alarm sometimes doesn't stop/respond for a while after going off (this happens every once in a while, once in an apartment complex at 3 am ><!)

Mines a 2 door and the other day my window wouldnt roll down so and then when I played with it. It fell all the way to the bottom and was stuck there. I got it fixed, but I dont really know what was wrong with it.

My rears are noisy as well in my 05. Just as you described. never really tried hard to find the source. I will do some more looking.

The seat rocking has a few bulletins released. It needs some parts replaced/updated. Mine was done under warranty but has returned slightly.

hey i have an 05 coupe and i ahve noticed that when i turn my subs up my rear window rattles or at least thats what i thought it was but its not...check in your trunk underneath where your rear light is on your back dash above the seats...its right in between your rear speakers and you'll see what i mean...check that out and let me know what you think i ended up having to dynomat it to help out so try that and see if it works.
