I have an 01 em2 silver coupe ex, whats the best looking wheels to put on this car without looking tacky. I know wheels are based on opinions and can be controversial to the next person; but i can't decide. I do like the look of black wheels (nice contrast and easy to keep clean), however, i do not like white wheels or chrome.

Any pics or ideas would be a great help.

your taste sounds pretty similar to mine. i also have a silver ex veloz and i also hate chrome rims, and i dont like the look of silver or brushed aluminum on our silver cars. i am extremely picky too and it took me forever to pick out what i finally wanted. if you want more of a jdm look, go with some black rims. those ones in that picture look ok, i just think the red will throw your car way off and stands out a little too much for my liking. if you want the cleanest look on your car, gunmetal coloured rims will probably look the best. thats what i have installed on my car and they look nice and clean...really sharp. i have gunmetal with a brushed aluminum lip. they look good on silver because they arent completely black, and they are way darker than regular silver so they fit in pretty nice.
