gas!!!
gas!!!
hey there peeps,
so i've been playing around with my civic and wanted to see the best way to save on gas, the one thing that i found that works for me is that if i keep my revs below or at 2 g's everytime i shift (minus 1 and 5) my fuel needle like to stay in one spot, i drive a 01 dx with a magnaflow cat. it's working for me and i just put in the v2, so we"ll see what happens, just though i would let you guys know incase it works for you
good luck!

Re: gas!!!
keep the weight to a minimum, and if you really want to save, remove everything thats not needed, such s extra seats, panels, AC, power steering, the spar tire, and the tools.... Then again, there is a fine line between driving to save a lot of gas and drivin comfrotably.
Re: gas!!!
All gas gauges lie a little. I always laugh when I see someone trying to get good economy make a post like, "woo I have 70 miles on this tank and the gauge hasn't moved from full" because next time they turn on their car or after a few more miles of driving its gonna drop right to a quarter lol.
