In speaking to a magnaflow rep today, they told me that in about 2-3 monthst they will start producing a header with cat converter for 01-05 LX/DX trims. Just an FYI for those who wanted something of high quality.

For exhausts I would say do it all at once. Buy the header when it comes out, and buy a DK/LX trim exhaust you'll be ready to roll. If you know anyone looking for a greddy sp2 for the dx/lx trim let me know. I have one up for sale.

I couldnt wait I already bought the catback from MagnaFlow.
They say aftermarket headers kill performance because they arent a perfect fit and what not is that true? Or will Manga flow have done their research and turn this baby into a beast?

Come on...it's Magnaflow...they don't put out crap. One would half to assume that it would fit damn near perfect. I don't know much about the fitment of DC Sports Headers, but I think it would be as good if not better.

There's alot of R&D involved, so highly doubt Magnaflow would put out a product that doesn't live up to it's high standards. Exhaust modification is proven way to make power, but some cars just respond better to the mod than other. Hey plus it also gives a little bling.

Soo... who the **** pictures of it? lol.
As for header performance, its really the size of the runners that performance is dependent on. If they are too narrow they will be restrictive and air wont flow through quick enough. If they are too large, air will just bang around inside of them and slow down- plus not giving you enough back pressure- resulting in a loss of torque.
