If you go to any knowledgable shop they will know how to do this. I even had an actuator installed in my trunk so I could have keyless trunk entry. Since you already have the power locks they should only need to tap into the wiring to get it to work with the remote.

even easier, most of us buy the 01 accord trunk latch with solenoid ($25 maybe?) and then the aftermarket alarm can be wired to work with it. and the best part is it looks totally stock.

woah wait if you have a cracked exhuast mani. and leaking gas through there, then you must not be burning all the gas in the combustion chamber (correct me if i'm wrong, lol). Have you changed the plugs lately? And to clear up why are cars seem to use less gas when they're closer to full is because there is less room in the tank for the liquid fuel to turn to fumes and you're forgetting the gas fill tube usualy has some fuel in it.
