Different questions. Squeaky clutch and Lowering springs

Different questions. Squeaky clutch and Lowering springs
Ok,
I did the search on the squeaky clutch and found a DIY on it. I followed everything the DIY said and I still have a squeaky clutch. Does it take time for the lithium grease to work or is it supposed to work as soon as its applied? I don't know what else it can be. I have a 02 EX coupe. Please help me. I'm very frustrated about it.
Also, I want to lower my car again. When I had it lowered, I had the Tokico HP blues with H&R Pro kit springs. The two front struts would bottom out, maybe the springs are too soft or they give too much of a drop. What springs can I use with the Tokicos? Some insight would really help.
