I know..i rarely post here lol. But i was on my way home from work today, comin past shop n save. i heard someone say something. but i wasnt sure. I looked over and saw one of the employees standing there, runnin his mouth. So i got out of my car and politly asked him what he said. he was like get that ricer peice of **** out of here. and take your fartcan off the back. Me, with a hot temper, somehow got back in my car lol. I just drove off. then i came back to him. i was like now what the hell do you drive? he was like that blue cavvy over there..with the carbon fiber muffler . iw as like wowowowow. Then he goes, it sounds way better than your fartcan. Little does he know that my "fartcan" is a 600 greddy catback lol. I was pissed, but now looking back. i think it funny that he had his "carbon fiber plastic wrapped omg wtf bbq 6in outlet advanced auto muffler". So anyways. Lemme know. My car look rice to you?

Well, your car looks like a normal red X to me. Some people would say that red x's are rice and others would say that they're actually very functional. I guess it's all up to each individuals opinion.

Thanks popee..Yeah it for sure needs dropped. Im thinkin of buyin GC coilovers this winter. Shes gettin ready to go into winter mode with the stock wheels here soon. So no use in buyin them right away. My plans are for when its outta warranty sometime in january to turbo it. If i have the money lol. Id have lo pros on it but last time i did..on my mazda..i bent 2 rims lol. so for now its monster truck stylee haha

I commend you on your self restraint. Were I in that situation, I'm not sure the kid would have retained his ability to breathe.

As far as your car goes, it's pretty much stock, aside from the wheels, and what appears to be a nice exhaust. Calling that rice, especially compared to a domestic shitbox, with a fake CF eGay muffler is quite the stretch IMO. Personally, I think your car would look better with a subtle drop, but you said that's in the works anyway. At worst, it's nearly stock, and at best, it's a work in progress, that thus far, looks very clean.

In short, the kid's full of ****. Go back and put his head through the windshield of his own shitbox.

Your car looks good, and I wouldn't have taken **** from Mr. Minimum Wage Grocery Bagger. A J-body with a fake CF muffler?! If I didn't pound ***** on his on his head I would have at the very least unleashed the verbal assassin and flayed him. This would still have accomplished the aforementioned three things with the added bonus of a fourth.

4. Homeboy would feel so bad about himself and his POS cavvie, that a bottle of pills and a bottle of Jack would seem like the next mod he needed to do a DIY on.

Yeah, i rode past him again today. and he didnt say ****. i gotta get you guys a pic of this muffler lol. the best thing is..its an auto lol.

As for the harley plate. My dads harley tech, and we have 2 harleys. Thats why its on there lol. The plate holder was there when i bought it. so i just slapped it on lol.

I kinda refrained from saying anything, cuz i would have like flipped out, and beat the hell out of him lol. THat woulda been fun. but not getting in my car bloody hahha.

Thanks for all the comments guys. The car needs dropped so bad. ill get around to it this winter. The cars stock. I just have my Greddy SP2 catback on it. Im trying to keep it looking as clean as possible. Im just runnin out of money between insurance and payin for it lol.

My car was called a ricer without the person having any knowledge of what my car looked like. Just hearing a honda civic he called me a ricer. Today he took a look at it and said damn that looks nice..i just said yup n walked away. ^_^

Only white trash drive cavaliers and only slightly above the cavalier but still way below the Civic is the Focus. The only thing that May be lower than the cavalier would be a Grand Am or Prix but still that is questionable. I would rather drive a Hyundai or Kia. Civic > any other car less than 20,000.00. Enough said.

Worked at my family's collision repair shop for about all of my childhood. Never saw one domestic that had decent build quality, or at least nothing I could compair to most German and Japanese manufactuers. Even Jaguar's build qality was a near work of art till Ford bought them; now spot welds are shoddy and there's weld splatter on nearly every welded joint... Though Admiditly their engine reliability skyrocketed.


By build quality I mean how the trim panels were mounted and how the body panels fitted together. Things like that, things that you don't typically look at unless you work on cars a lot. Not that it really matters to most.


Sigh, As much as I wish it weren't true, us Americans don't seem to take as much pride in our work as we use to.

I know how you feel on the money part. I am currently trying to get money back from Nopi because they sent me the wrong exhaust so as soon as I get that back I will put exhaust on and I'm saving up to lower my car too. All I have now is rims because the stock ones made it look too girly. But If anyone is a ricer it's deff. the CF exhaust *****.

All you have to do is pour some brake fluid in his gas.
This will serve multiple purposes.

1: You wont have to worry about mosquitoes.
2: You can point an laugh as he drives away in a fog of black smoke.
3: He will get a ticket for driving a vehicle not fit for Highway use.
4: You will blow your drink out your nose because you will be laughing so damn hard.
5: His mom will get pissed because she will think he broke HER car.
6: He will be totally humiliated when he has to pick up his girl.
