Where to buy SE double-din head unit?

Where to buy SE double-din head unit?
My Civic got broken into this weekend and the thieves stole my Kenwood HU. I want the SE HU to replace it with but I can't find them anywhere. So besides the dealership, are there any websites that sell these HU's? I've never seen one on Ebay either.

I think you're trying to ask why not get another double din? Well, if there are any out there that have a front aux input, that look as good as the SE one, fit as well as the SE one, and can be found for around $200 (like the SE one's that have sold on here), let me know.
