Springs installation?

I have a civic 01 ex. I got Tein S-Tech springs and went to get them installed but the guy told me I need a camber kit and new struts. Is all of this true? What else do I really need to get?

Re: Springs installation?

You need to either go somewhere else, or DIY.

If its a 2001, then you are going to need new shocks/struts only because they will more than likely be blown. Even if they arent blown (which i doubt), you will blow them shortly after dropping the car. Then you are going to need to reinstall a new set. Save yourself the hassle and get new ones when you drop it. As far as the camber kit, you dont really "need" one. However, to prolong your tire life and get the best traction possible, get one installed.
