If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

P1607 =Internal PCM problem.
Erase codes/reset PCM
If code resets again, replace PCM

A brand new replacement PCM will need the immobilizer programmed to it before it will allow the engine to continue running

Ok. The problem is internal inside the PCM.

You can try to fix it however you want to try. Good luck.
