New power steering pump whining
I just put a new powering steering pump on my 06 Civic coupe and it has a whinding sound while I知 driving, I知 parked there is none, fluid is at the right line and I used Honda fluid.

Why was pump replaced, what failed on the old pump?
Replacement pump came from Honda?
Reservoir has a fine mesh filter screen in the bottom of it. Replace reservoir?
