Fried High Voltage Cable

So I recently replaced the IPU cooling fan, re-installed all components I removed and car ran fine. A few days later, I began to notice a burning smell. After further investigation, I found the high voltage wire, that I disconnected to give me access to the cooling fan, was fried at the EMC connection. The only abnormal thing I found is I may have not tightened the positive cable to the battery pack when I re-installed everything. The fried high voltage cable is the one on the left, when facing the connections in the back seat. Any ideas what may have caused this? Any ideas where I can get a used replacement?
