HELP NEEDED
My 2008 honda civic horn not working every time i click horn i can hear sound under the desk i have researched and find that it might be relay but the problem is dont have any knowledge about car can anyone please help the where is the relay under the desk which number it is. Waiting for your answer

If you can hear the relay under the dash than its probably ok. The horn itself might be dead, it's behind the front bumper.

Like colin said, if you hear a click, that's the sound of your horn relay switching over. Clicking is a good sound, with regards to the relay
If you wanna test the horn itself, you just gotta run some wires directly from the battery (or any other 12VDC power source) to the pins on the horn. If it makes sound, there's some disconnect between the relay and the horn (deteriorated wiring, faulty connections, etc). If no sound, horn is FUBAR and you gotta replace it.
