Broke a bolt in the bracket when changing starter!!!

I was replacing the starter on an 09 Civic, and when I was all finished (really hard job, especially for first time ever doing it) I went to bolt the bracket back in that connects (I think) the intake manifold and another part of the engine. It has a 12mm head bolt and two 10mm. This bracket is the first thing you take off and the last thing you put back on when changing the starter. Anyway, one of those two 10mm headed bolts the bolt head snapped off. I think it's probably not a big deal to bother removing the bracket and drilling out the bolt, because as it is the other two bolts are still in it (one vertical and one horizontal). I'm guessing that this bracket is to increase rigidity of the engine, and probably in theory even if the bracket wasn't put back on at all it probably wouldn't even really matter? So certainly in my situation it's totally fine and no possible real concern of anything? Really don't want to have to bother dealing with it at this point...

Thanks!!

Reinstall with whatever bolts it still has, and see how long it lasts?

Ya I hear that. Do you agree with my assessment? Meaning that probably even leaving the whole bracket out wouldn't have been such a big deal? And with two bolts in should be pretty good?

The two smaller bolts go through rubber isolators IIRC, is that right?

Engineers deemed it necessary for some reason.....you're gonna find out how necessary that was?
