There's one relay for the clutch, there's a relay for each fan, there's relays to operate dang near every high current item that is controlled by a computer.
A bunch are in the engine compartment fusebox.
What's your problem with the AC, specifically?

The A/C is not blowing cold air. When I turn on the a/c the clutch does not engage to turn on the condenser. Everything else works. engine fans, blower, etc. So i'm hoping the relay is dead rather then the clutch on the a/c.

If the radiator fans do not turn on then you try to engage the AC, look for low freon or open thermal protector.
If the radiator fans DO come on when you try to turn on the AC, that would mean the system has enough freon to allow the compressor to run.
Assuming this is your case......
That kinda narrows it down to the relay, the clutch and coil, and the wiring in between the two.
First I'd get it running then tap on the relay and see if that makes the compressor kick on. If so, replace the relay.
If no, I'd swap with another identical relay just to make sure it's not the relay.
Then ohm check the coil, should be somewhere around 3.5-4 ohms,
Air gap between outer plate and pulley should be 0.5mm. If the car has high mileage the gap might be quite wide causing no engagement.
