Hi forum, please i need to change the front shocks for my 2014 civic coupe ex, the question is, i want to buy kyb or similar, what brand is better?

For kyb have 2 codes

Kyb339278 and kyb339290, but is the same product? I mean, whats the diference? Can you help me please?
