I had this item for 37 days before the radio completely went out now I can only listen to AUX and sound only comes out of the passenger side of the car!! Yes it was inexpensive but 37 days is ridiculous!!

Several things could have failed...

Did you wire it, or did someone else? regardless you should check the connections on the back of the unit.

Secondly, swap the aux cord you are using, when they go bad you will often lose one side or the other first(And the headphone jack of your device could be messed up too)

P.S. this is a car forum, you will get limited responses here, perhaps try e-mailing the company or calling them? even the cheapest brands usually have a 60 day defect warranty.

Disconnect the car battery.
Wait 10 minutes.
Make sure key is out of ignition switch.
Reconnect battery.

See if radio acts different.
