Rep Power: 0 Help to choose the right rim
Hi everyone,
I am trying to get new rims for my 2006 Honda Civic LX Coupe, the size of my tires are P205/55R16 89T
I want to get these ones:
These are the wheel specifications:
Brand: Maxxim
Model: Ferris
Item model number: 4S67T04405
Exterior: Machined
Manufacturer Part Number: 4S67T04405
Construction: 1-piece
Rim Diameter: 16 inches
Rim Width: 7 inches
Bolt Pattern (Number of Holes): 5
Bolt Pattern (Pitch Circle Diameter): 100 millimeters
Offset: 40 millimeters
I'd like to know if my tires are going to fit on those. Also I'd like to know if that's a good brand of rims or if anyone have them I'd like to know your opinions.
Thanks

Re: Help to choose the right rim
How old are your tires? When I was looking into buying rims I called all the tire places around me and they all said they wouldn't take the tire off of one rim and put it on another unless there were less than a couple hundred miles on them.
(Of course, i got lucky and scored a full set of HFP's with new tires on them for cheap, here is a link to my post:

What brand and model tire is it?
You want to look up the tire specs like this:
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....=055HR6EP422V2
Look under "rim width range". That will tell you. You should be fine, 7" is not to wide for that size b

i still keep my stock wheels for winter driving
choose your wheels for what you would like and make sure they fit.
wheels outlast tires, you know...
