My wifes 07 has about 130k miles on it. Time for a major tune-up.
Other than changing the oil, air filter, and spark plugs what else can I do?

What about the oxygen sensor, I guess thats what it is I see up front on the exhaust manifold.

Where is the fuel filter located on this car?

-how about flushing the coolant ?
-brake fluid?
-transmission fluid?
-flush the power steering fluid
-canbin air filter?
fuel filter is in the tank you don't change it. I no dumb engineer thought
of that one. and the oxygen sensore just leave it alone if theres no
light on the dash no need for changing it.

I'm thinking about taking it to Honda for a trans flush.

I remember some older cars I had used EGR filters and some other 3 lettered filters that I cant recall. Just wondering if the Civic had these too.

Just trying to keep it running smooth and the MPG up.

Simple DIY to drain and fill it, easier than changing the engine oil.
About 2.5-3 quarts of fluid for one drain and fill.

If you want to flush the trans, buy a case of fluid and do the drain and fill 4 times, driving a bit between each session to circulate the fluid.

Not on this car.

There is a screen in the VTEC valve gasket, but that isn't normally any issue unless the oil services are neglected.
