Hey guys, I just wanted to hear some thoughts on your experiences with the new Si, I currently have a 2000 EX with about 217,000 and shes pretty much at the end of her life, so I will be looking to buy probably in the Fall when the new 2013 models (hopefully) come out, so I can get a good deal.

I would certainly wait for the 2013 updated model to arrive. I don't expect much in changes... but they are going to make some changes on the 2013s though

Will Honda ever put an automatic transmission in the Si? This would open a lot of new sales opertunities.

BMW began bending the rules when they put an automatic in the M series cars.

I'd wait for the 2013 myself. The 2012 just isn't aggressive enough in styling to make me want it.

Yeah I guess I was thinking more about the price involved also...If I can get a 2012 while they are getting pushed out for $3-5,000 cheaper, I would probably go that route unless they found out a way to get 300hp and still get 30mpg then obviously I would debate the new model. I guess we wont know until they release the 2013. Has anyone heard anything about it? I haven't found much of anything regarding it.

The Acura models have automatics mated to the 2.4l.

I would expect few exterior changes.
