Buy a Haynes repair manual, or go to the library and find one there. The first chapter or two has basic maintenance procedures and mileage intervals.
How much documentation did the dealer ship provide on past maintenance? There were several recalls, did the dealer fix them?
Check engine air filter, engine oil change and filter, transmission fluid check/change, radiator, power steering, brake fluid, brake pads, cv joints, belts, cabin air filter. Take the spark plugs out and put anti-seize lube on the threads before they get too bad. That's the short list.
