Rear Brake Replacement
Rear Brake Replacement
As I approach 40k miles I just started getting a noise from my brakes most likely the indicators. I'm pretty sure it's the fronts, but I know the rears are getting close too. I'm very familiar with the front brakes and using a C-clamp to push the pistons back, but what is the proper way to do the rear disc brakes? I replaced the ones on a 2000 Accord I once had and I remember it being a very different type of cylinder on the rear disc brakes. Thanks in advance! I appreciate any insight I can get!

I have discs in the rear. I guess you didn't read my post. Anyone else choose to help without pointing me to the search function?

Re: Rear Brake Replacement
Use c-clamp to press in while turning the piston with a large screw driver.
