really? i remember seeing the dyno a long time ago. all it did was shift the powerband down 1k rpms. thats good, but you dont really get any additional torque or hp. the curve looks identical before and after, its just the power comes in sooner.

Are ya thinkin of the Hondata reflash? That pushes the VTEC engagement from 5800rpm to 4500rpm, and gives a much needed boost to the mid-range. And bumps rev limit to 8600rpm. But your right, really no extra hp to speak of.

yea i heard about it from a guy ho swapped the k20 motor off rsx-s into a del sol.. he had the k-pro so iwas like woah ... but yea i see it =s not for si8th gen yet ..but i do have the reflash and i\h\e... so yea thanks guys... and idea when its supposed to be out ?? for 8th gen ?

Any probs wit the reflash? I wanna change vtecccccc but dunno how to go about it... I saw the hondata website its dope but is there a lot to go into it? thanks

well they do all the work. you just remove the ecu and send to them, then reinstall when it comes back. the rsx reflash worked a ton better, but its worth getting on the new si too so you get power sooner.
