Cool L.E.D. Taillights

I was thinking of adding some L.E.D. taillights for visibility. What brand and where would you all suggest I go? I checked on Ebay and there's like two different brands and in red or like a clear smoke lens. Any input/advise is appreciated. Thanks...

Re: L.E.D. Taillights

Would you all suggest the clear or the red LED lights on a red car? I'm assuming the clear lens lamps contain red LED bulbs?

Re: L.E.D. Taillights

Okay, so I looked on Ebay and could only find two auctions which contained DEPO and they were clear lenses and I want red. May I ask why DEPO is so special? I can barely find anything on them on the internet and they seem to be made in Taiwan??!! There are some other auctions for some on Ebay for eagle eyes which look pretty decent and others. Can anyone else chime in and help me?

Re: L.E.D. Taillights

most of the ones on ebay are depo, they make majority of the aftermarket stuff. eagle eyes is good too, they use the better quality square leds. just post which ones you are thinking about. i can tell you who makes em. alot of times it still depo even tho the seller doesnt specify.

Re: L.E.D. Taillights

square led = superflux

the square leds are superior than the regular leds put on by altezza and some depo taillights...

eagle eyes uses superflux leds

superflux leds offer a wider viewing diameter/degree....which is better

Re: L.E.D. Taillights

I think you should check your local retail or hardware store, I think they carry that brand... It's better that you see the product personally rather than seeing it online...

Re: L.E.D. Taillights

My buddy just put the eagle eye smoke on his black coupe and it looks sweet!! However the right signal has just started fast blinking like it would if you had a lamp burnt out. All the lamps work it just blinks fast. It was working fine for about a week. Any ideas??
