Encounter with 07 Si
So im riding with my girl her friend and one of my boys south on the interstae going to wal-mart the coolest place on earth i know.
Im riding along going about 85 when i pull next to this black civic with an Si badge on the back im totally stock and i dont hear a exhaust coming from him so i figure why not drop to fourth and see what hes got, so i rev up to about 6k rpm to make sure he can hear me and then drop in fourth and floor it ...he definitely caught on because right when i dropped a gear and punched it he was right next to me @ about 95 i brought fourth up about 6k rpm around 100 mph and to my suprise this guy was on a little more then a car in front of me when i put it in 5th he gained about another car and i let off @ about 107 anyway i know im going to get some heat from the Si guys trying to tell me he wasnt getting on it but i know when someone is pushing there car especially an Si i owned a 2002 hatch which is approx. the same - 30 or so horses.
I was expecting more from an Si but now i am Especially proud of my 07 Ex

Yeah, the "drag times" arent that much differnt w/ ex/si's in the 7th & 8th gens.

Wow, I guess it was 4 ppl huh? Fourth has hardly any pull, and 5th is useless in races. I dunno how you did it.
