Power window demon

Hi Everyone, I am new here so please help me if you can. I have a 99 si (ex usa) and my problem is with the passenger side window. I have no response from the driver side control and the passenger side control only works to take the window down. I tried a new assembly and the same thing happened. Right now I am really lost here so please any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Power window demon

What new assembly ??

Have you tried putting voltage direct to the disconnected leads of the motor to see if it will move then ??

Re: Power window demon

Okay, here is where I am. I applied power directly to disconnected leads and nothing happened, so I applied ground on one side and power on one and I got up and down movement dependind on which way the power/ground was applied. So might this be a problem with the harness itself? and if so, how hard is this to change if I can put my hands on one?

Re: Power window demon

I edited this post to now show the 96 EX instead of the 99 that was originally here. The system thought they were the same files... maybe they were the same size file idk.
