If you put your cell phone in the passenger seat it can turn that light on. Bookbags and other not to heavy items can make the sensor think there is a baby in the front seat and that will turn the airbag off, thus turning the light on.

one of your connections may have come lose, take it to your dealer, or check all the SRS plugs and reset the light yourself.

the sensor comes when you sit in a wierd position on that seat. it is to prevent the airbag from hitting the passanger in the face or back because they are sitting the wrong way in the seat.

Yea cause that is a big difference. If its for the side airbags, you're sitting funny in your seat or the passenger is. If you don't have side air bags than Id get the passenger front airbag checked
