what engine do i have?

i have a problem, i dont know wat type of engine my 7th gen has, im from the philippines and its called a civic vti = it has a 1.6 vtec 3 engine but i dont know what is engine nuber is, u guys have d17, does anybody know what type so i can know were and what parts to buy for my engine pls help me thanks

Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

Look on the look on the right front corner (left front corner if you're standing in front looking into the hood), below the head, there's a flat with some stuff engraved on it. The top number should be the engine code, the bottom one is the serial number. The Radiator hose and a grounding strap are above it.... pretty easy to find assuming that yours is set up like ours.

mine says its - PSJD04 - it looks the same as d17 engines but honda says its a 1.6 liter vtec engine with 128-130hp its kinda fishy i think they alterd the engine number
