Best way to get to PCV valve on 96 Civic?

Best way to get to PCV valve on 96 Civic?
My PCV is locaed under the fuel rail and above the oil filter, which is the best way to get to it?
From the top it seems almost impossible without removing other hoses, from the bottom is seems that I would have to remove the oil filter to get to it. Does anyone have any advise? Thanks
