Distance from wall to adjust TYC projectors???

I'm almost positive that I read this somewhere on here but I searched and nothing came up. Someone posted a while ago about the distance from a wall or a garage that you are suposed to be to adjust the projectors properly. It also stated something about how many inches or so off the ground that the light pattern should be at. Can someone hook a brotha up? If someone finds the post that it was in, I'll shoot myself cuz damn did I search for like 45 mins. Thanks guys.
