headlights

i'm clearing my headlights but was wondering where i can find chrome stickers that would be good for the job? Also, to answer a debate me and another guy were having... if you painted the entire headlight housing black and by that i mean the trim and the sunken silver areas, would the headlights still be as bright or at least bright enough to work at night? It would look good with solid black headlights......but not much good if i wouldn't be able to drive at night.

If you painted the chrome reclective area, your headlights would not be bright at all. Notice how stock head lights work with a reflector that bounces the beam of the sunken area. If this is black then there would be no reflection.
